The Main Barn can sit 120 for the wedding breakfast and opens onto the large courtyard garden - perfect for an outdoor drinks reception and evening revelry with a firepit for you and your guests to gather around.
With beams dating back to 1702 the Milling Barn is full of character, offering a unique ceremony space for 100. Come twilight it transforms into a great party barn to dance the night away!
For a wilder touch our pretty wed shed at the top of the wooded meadow is licensed for ceremonies, with breath-taking views over the Cotswold countryside beyond.
Oxleaze Barn is located between the quintessential Cotswold villages of Eastleach, Filkins and Southrop. It is 1.5hr from London and easily accessible from Oxford, Swindon and Cheltenham.
Ceremonies
At Oxleaze you can choose whether to have a civil ceremony, a celebrant led ceremony or a ceremony in a local Church.
We are licensed to hold civil ceremonies and we have both indoor and outdoor options. A celebrant led ceremony is a non-religious and non-legal ceremony. Celebrants can create an intimate and personal ceremony sharing your story. You can have a legal registration at the registration office prior to your wedding day.
If you’re set on a religious ceremony Oxleaze is situated near many quintessential Cotswold villages some of which have beautiful churches so do contact us to find out more.
Rates
Here at Oxleaze, we offer ‘one day’ or ‘two day’ rates to accommodate a variety of options for our couples.
Accommodation for up to ten guests is included in the hire fee, and when booked, the Bride and Groom receive a complimentary night in our romantic honeymoon snug. ‘Two day’ hire means you can really relax into the peace and quiet of Oxleaze, making the most of your wedding experience.
CATERER & BAR
We are delighted to be working exclusively with Ross & Ross Events, who will be providing all the catering here at Oxleaze Barn as well as running our fantastic new bar.
Their catering service has grown organically since opening in 2011 and they pride themselves on their impeccable ingredients and talented team of people. They can provide anything from a relaxed sharing style wedding breakfast to a formal plated menu or even a festival-style BBQ wedding.
Everything centres around three things: delicious food, exceptional service and ensuring your event is personal to you.
